These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nekko platform ("Service"), operated by Nekko AI Corporation ("we," "us," or "Company"). By using theService,you("User"or"Member") agree to comply with these Terms. Please review them carefully to understand your rights, obligations, and other essential information about our Service.
Definitions
Service: Refers to the Nekko.AI platform and related offerings accessible via devices (including PCs, TVs, mobile devices, and other wired/wireless hardware).
User/Member: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service under these Terms.
Content: Text, images, videos, files, links, voice notes, sounds, or other materials uploaded to the Service by Users.
1. Service Overview
Nekko provides a self-guided program centered on interactive communication with a personalized AI chatbot, accessible via text and voice interfaces.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 17 years old. By accessing the Service, you confirm compliance with this requirement. Nekko reserves the right to deny access to any individual or entity and to modify eligibility criteria without prior notice.
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Subscription Plans
The Service offers paid subscription plans ("Subscriptions") granting access to premium features and content. Fees are charged upfront upon purchase and are non-refundable. Pricing may vary by region; confirm applicable fees before completing a transaction. We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees at any time.
3.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current term expires. Manage your subscription settings via the "Nekko Subscription" page.
3.3 Cancellation Subscriptions
To cancel auto-renewal:
1.Open the Nekko app.
2.Navigate to My Page → Cancel Subscription.
3.Follow instructions to disable auto-renewal in your device’s app store.
4. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable as access to features/content is granted immediately. Exceptions may apply in rare cases (e.g., accidental purchases or service malfunctions).
Contact support@@wejoymobi.com promptly for refund requests. Eligibility will be evaluated at our sole discretion.
5. Data & Privacy
We collect app activity data and anonymous messagesto enhance our services. Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Review the Privacy Policy for details on data handling practices.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or Service use shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Proceedings will occur in the United States. The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs.
7. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Regularly review this document for updates.
